Verticy Math
Help your Child Learn Math
Verticy Learning’s math program uses the multisensory teaching approach that has been proven effective in reading, writing and spelling programs to enhance the Calvert math curriculum in Grades 38.
Children who struggle with math due to dyslexia or other languagebased learning difficulties learn to understand and love math. Students analyze the language of the word problems in order to determine the best strategies to solve them.
You and your child will use Calvert’s timetested math program, along with a customized Verticy Math Companion that has been developed to introduce new math vocabulary with each chapter. The Math Companion includes interactive games and activities designed to reinforce and review the concepts covered in the Calvert math course to support the learning styles of students with languagebased learning differences.
Math manipulatives included with the Math companion reinforce multisensory learning techniques.
Children who struggle with math due to dyslexia or other languagebased learning difficulties learn to understand and love math.
