Ten Reasons to Homeschool – The Lighter Side
There are many reasons families make the decision to homeschool. Each of those reasons is just right for your family. We also know that every family has their own unique set of reasons that make that decision right for them. We’ve come up with a quick list with some of the lighter reasons that maybe you haven’t considered: 
1.Your kids can never say, “I left my homework at home.”
2. It gives your reasons to do fun things like making raspberry cordial while reading Anne of Green Gables.
3. You can get away with talking to yourself by sending “notes to the teacher.”
4. The only drugs your kids will be exposed to at school are from Walgreens. And they’re all legal.
5. You have an excuse to go to take your kids out for recess every day.
6. You don’t have to take time off for snow days. Instead, you can take time off for SUN days.
7. You don’t have to make an extra trip to school pick up your kid from detention. As a matter of fact, instead of detention, you have some weeds that need pulling.
8. You like spending time with your kids, even if they act like…KIDS.
9. You don’t want to have to wash month-old gym clothes.
10. You’ve always secretly wanted to take calculus again.
